Every week, we will gather together outside (poolside) as a small group and allow the loving energy of Reiki and powerful words from a guided meditation to soak into our body-mind-heart.

Reiki relieves stress by relaxing the mind and body. It is an ancient Japanese healing treatment that with a light touch of hands, the self regulation forces in the body are activated and the energy chakra centers of the body are balanced. Reiki restores your life force energy, raises your vibes, and helps get you moving forward in life with an open mind and heart.

You may choose to receive Reiki sitting or lying. Bring whatever you need to be comfy on cement surface (ie: pillow, yoga mat, sleeping bag, blanket, knee supports, meditation cushion, or eye covers).

Please arrive at 7:15 to allow for time to set up your sacred space.
