Every week, we will gather together as a small group and allow the loving energy of Reiki and powerful words from a guided meditation to soak into our body-mind-heart.

Reiki relieves stress by relaxing the mind and body. It is an ancient Japanese healing treatment that with a light touch of hands, the self regulation forces in the body are activated and the energy chakra centers of the body are balanced. Reiki restores your life force energy, raises your vibes, and helps get you moving forward in life with an open mind and heart.

A safety protocol will be given to you when you register. Limited space available. Please reserve your spot in advance by messaging Angela at 313-333-5888.

You may choose to receive Reiki sitting or lying. Bring whatever you need to be comfy on cement surface (ie: pillow, yoga mat, sleeping bag, blanket, knee supports, meditation cushion, or eye covers).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for time to set up your sacred space.
